Connect Returnify with your Jetti Account

This article details instructions on how to connect your Jetti account with Returnify

If you have a Jetti account, you can connect your Jetti to Returnify. This will not only facilitate your initial account set up, as many of the vendor settings will be imported directly to Returnify, but also will be useful in your day-to-day operations in both apps.

When Jetti and Returnify are synced, your existing dropship vendors in Jetti will be imported, including their relevant settings such as returns policies and shipping carriers. On the Jetti side, you will be able to view returns from Returnify.

How to do this:

  1. Get your Jetti API token. To do this, go to your Jetti account > Integrations > API > Email > Create user > Get API token

  1. Now jump into your Returnify account. Click on Settings and turn on Use Jetti token.
  2. Paste the API token, and click Save.
  3. Now click Sync locations. This will sync all your existing vendor contacts from Jetti.

There you go, now you should have all your vendors in your Returnify account!
