The final step of setting up your Returnify account is to check that orders and returns are all handled correctly. For example, to see if a return shows up correctly in your account and you are able to raise returns on behalf of customers if needed.
How to do this:
- First, create a test order in your Shopify store. You can read these instructions on how to create draft orders in Shopify.
- Next, go to the Sale Returns tab. Click on New Return. Select Raise Return from the dropdown menu next to the order you created.
- This will now take you to the customer-facing journey. Go through it as a customer would. At the end of it, click Back to Sales.
- If all went well, this return should show up in your Sale Returns tab. This return will also show in Jetti, with a Returnify tag.
